< LES OBJECTIFS >
The Project Manager is at the head of a team and at the service of a project; they are responsible for and guarantee the achievement of the objectives and the respect of the cost, quality and deadline constraints of the project entrusted to them.
In this sense, the Project Manager is called upon to advise and accompany the company’s managers in the development of transformation, adaptation and change management strategies. The Project Manager is also in charge of managing the human resources necessary for the project.
This training leads to the “IT Project Manager” title, a professional certification registered in the RNCP by the decree of 17/07/2015 delivered in partnership with ECEMA.
